Szczekocki, age 76, Beloved husband of Leona; Loving father of Margaret (Paul) Buckle, the late Dave Szczekocki, and the late Diana Schardan; Cherished grandfather of Gabriella Roman, and the late Billy Schardan; Fond brother of Stanley (the late Irene) Szczekocki, and the late Harriet (the late Jack) Raich; Adored uncle of many nieces and nephews. Dear son of the late Walter and Stefania Szczekocki. Visitation Friday, August 22, 3:00-8:00 pm and Saturday August 23, 8:00 until time of Funeral, 9:30 am at The Oaks Funeral Home, 1201 E Irving Park Road (at Prospect) Itasca to Holy Ghost Church.
