Biography

Phyllis Stone nee Curran Beloved wife of the late William Howard Stone Jr.; Loving mother of Bill (Andrea), Bob (Barbara), Tom (Jill), Don (Nancy), John (LaRissa) and Jim (Kathy); Cherished grandmother of Kristy, Justin, Cory, Jessica, Taylor, Courtney, Bill, Joey, Kailee, Faith, Tommy, Jack, Jimmy, Mackenzie and Karlee; Fond sister of Malinda (the late Michael) Bacchi, the late Robert (the late Patricia), the late Janet (the late James) McCandless and the late Irene (the late Bernard) Darmody. ; Dear daughter of the late Robert and Josephine Curran; Dear aunt of many nephews and nieces. Phyllis was a huge Chicago Cubs fan and enjoyed crafting. She was well known for her involvement in the Elk Grove Village Community and will be greatly missed. Memorial Visitation Saturday, May 29th 9:00-11:30 am at The Oaks Funeral Home, 1201 E Irving Park Road (at Prospect) Itasca.
