M. Esther Gomez, age 104, of Addison; Loving wife of the late Elidió Gomez; Beloved mother of Mari, Enriqueta, José, Ma. Salud, Luisa, Reyna, Ricardo, Lilia, and Víctor Manuel; Cherished grandmother to 28 grandchildren, 52 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.

Esther was a beacon of happiness and cheerfulness, renowned for her infectious laughter and delightful sense of humor. Her vibrant personality was the heart of every gathering, where she delighted in music, shopping, traveling, and the joyous company of family and friends. Her devotion to her husband, children, and extended family was profound and steadfast. Esther’s love was a constant source of strength and comfort, reflecting the deep bonds she nurtured throughout her life.

Visitation Friday, April 24th, 2026, from 3:00-8:00 p.m. and Saturday April 25th from 8:00-9:30 a.m. at The Oaks Funeral Home, 1201 E Irving Park Rd (at Prospect), Itasca.
