Jodi Lynn Venziano Beloved Mother of Jaxon; Cherished Daughter of Pat and the late Sam; Loving sister of Dena (Chuck) Seidenfuss and Michael (Kim); Proud Aunt of Samantha, Chase, Hanna, Eric, Josh, and Jaden; Fond niece, cousin, and friend of many. Visitation held on Sunday December 19th from 3:00-8:00 p.m. at The Oaks Funeral Home 1201 E Irving Park Rd (At Prospect), Itasca. Family and friends will meet Monday December 20th, 10:00 a.m. for a Memorial Mass at Holy Ghost Church 254 N Wood Dale Rd. Interment Mount Emblem Cemetery.
