Jensen; Loving mother of Jerry Sr., Bobby (Debbie) and the late Jon; Cherished grandma of Jennifer, Jerry Jr., Jessica, Angelica, Brittany and Daniella and great grandma of Ryker, Traxton, Devren, Landen, Zoey, Grainger, Cassidy, Kara, Cash and Jerry III; Fond sister of Charlene, Dale and the late Lynn, Chuck, Bob and Diane; Devoted aunt of many nieces and nephews; Dear daughter of the late Charles and Mary. Visitation Friday, July 9th, 3:00 – 8:00 pm with a Service at 7:00 pm at The Oaks Funeral Home 1201 E. Irving Park Road (at Prospect), Itasca. Interment private.
