Pollock Beloved husband of the late Anita nee Francis; Cherished uncle of Michael Cousineau, Mellisa Francis, Sandra Russell, Julie Holleran, Terri Wilk, Scott Wilk, Mark Carter, Denise Parchert, Victoria Scull and Daniel Carter. Avid sports fisherman and world traveler. Visitation Monday, August 3rd, 8:30 am until time of funeral, 9:30 am at The Oaks Funeral Home 1201 E. Irving Park Road (at Prospect), Itasca to Holy Ghost Church. Mass 10:00 am. Interment private. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in George’s name to The Nature Conservancy, Arlington VA; Doctors Without Borders, Hagerstown MD or African Wildlife Foundation, Washington D.C.
