Dorothy Mae Smith, age 97, Beloved wife of the late James A. Smith for 75 years; Loving mother of James A. Smith Jr., Mary E. Smith-Collier (Gregory) and Carol J. Glenn; Cherished grandmother of Pierette D. Glenn and Dorothy Elease Glenn and great-grandmother of Dylan J. Butler and Dolly Jean Kennedy. Dear aunt of Michael Jackson Sr. (Sandra), and great aunt of Michael Jackson Jr. and Brian Jackson. She was a fond cousin and friend to many. She is preceded in death by her loving parents Elease and James Webb and her grandson, Jarrett James.
