O’Brien, Sue (Steve) Kummer, the late John P. O’Brien, Thomas J. O’Brien, Richard Chaput and Thomas (the late Mary) Chaput; Loving cousin of Matthew, Maggie, Kevin, Thomas, Heather, Paul, Ricky, Nicole, Danielle and John. Cherished friend of many. University of Illinois Class of 2017. Visitation Sunday 3:00 – 8:00 pm and Monday 8:00 am until time of funeral, 9:30 am at The Oaks Funeral Home 1201 E. Irving Park Road (at Prospect), Itasca to Queen of the Rosary Church at Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament, 750 W Elk Grove Blvd, Elk Grove Village. Mass 10:00 am. Interment private.
