Bonita M. Pollock

Bonita “Bonnie” Smith Pollock of Itasca, IL and Crystal Falls, MI. One of three children of Jack and Kathryn Smith; Loving wife of the late Chelsea Alfred “Fred” Pollock for 46 years. She was godmother to 14 and surrounded herself with dear friends, among them: the late Joan Stube, Fortune Tuchowski, Judy Bosk, Karen and Duane Goins, Doug Bellgardt, Patty Jett and her beloved caregiver, Janet Anyasodor. Her life’s work was in the probation services of Cook County Juvenile Court for 31 years. Along with people, she loved her dogs (several were English Setters) who were cherished companions throughout her life. Visitation Thursday, October 12^th, 9:00 am until time of funeral, 10:30 am at The Oaks Funeral Home 1201 E. Irving Park Road (at Prospect), Itasca to Saint Peter the Apostle Church. Mass 11:00 am.
